Feven Mekonnen Belay, MD, is an international medical graduate from Addis Ababa University, College of Health Sciences, School of Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2024. She completed her clinical internship at tertiary hospitals affiliated with Addis Ababa University. In addition to her clinical training, she has been actively involved in advocacy and community service through leadership roles at EngenderHealth Ethiopia, the Rotaract Club of Fanos, the Ethiopian Medical Students’ Association, and the American Red Cross, contributing to youth advocacy, disability inclusion, public health campaigns, and volunteer coordination. She also has experience mentoring students and peers in academic and leadership development. Her professional interests include medical education, global health, and health equity.
