Biosketch
Christopher D. DeSpain, DO earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2006. He later completed a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Kansas City University in 2022, followed by his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University in 2026. He is currently a resident physician at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Emergency Medicine. His clinical interests include high-acuity emergency care, procedural medicine, and point-of-care ultrasound, with extensive previous experience as an emergency department technician providing hands-on patient care.
