Biosketch

Jackson Thennis, DO is an Emergency Medicine Resident Physician. He graduated from the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine in Boise, Idaho after completing clinical rotations in Idaho, Montana, Utah amongst other states including the east coast and Texas. As a student at ICOM Dr. Thennis was a Clinical Medicine Teaching Assistant/Tutor, a Student Ambassador, and held volunteer positions working with foster care communities as well as free health clinics. He was also awarded grant funding for his research on exercise physiology and was selected as a Southwest Idaho AHEC scholar in his time. He received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Montana State University and a Minor in Hispanic Studies, and also studied at St. John’s university where he was a member of the collegiate football team. His current clinical interest includes Emergency Medicine and Sports Medicine.
