Biosketch

Hunter Berger, MD, is a resident physician in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program. She received her undergraduate degree in biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. She stayed in Ann Arbor for an additional year, working at a rehabilitation and acute care facility as a certified nursing assistant. She then moved to Kalamazoo to continue her medical education, receiving her degree from the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine, where she was involved in research surrounding maternal and infant mortality rates as well as peripartum causes of mortality in Kalamazoo County. Her current interests include health equity, reproductive rights advocacy, and improving clinical medical education.
