Biosketch
Rafeek Woods, MD, FAANS, FCNS is a board-certified neurosurgeon. He graduated from Loma Linda University medical school and went on to complete neurosurgery residency and a complex and minimally invasive spine surgery fellowship at Loma Linda University Health. He is currently employed at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospitals where he serves as the Chief of Neurological Surgery. He also holds faculty appointments at Central Michigan University College of Medicine and Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has particular interest in treating patients with complex spinal pathologies as well as medical education and research.
