Thomas Picard, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist in the Department of Psychiatry at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. Prior to working at WMed, Dr. Picard practiced at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan. He is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He completed a residency in psychiatry with Menninger School of Psychiatry in Topeka, Kansas.
