Biosketch
Matthew Shelnutt, DO, is an obstetrician-gynecologist physician with Borgess Womens Health. He is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - Georgia Campus. He completed an undergraduate teaching fellowship in osteopathic manipulative medicine at PCOM before going on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Metro Health/University of Michigan Health in Wyoming, MI. He served as co-chief of the OB/GYN residency program his senior year. His clinical and teaching interests include addressing disparities in healthcare outcomes experienced by women of color and LGBTQ+ individuals.
