Biosketch
Teresa Bailey, PharmD, is a board-certified pharmacist on the faculty of Ferris State University and Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, practicing with the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Multidisciplinary Clinics and the Department of Internal Medicine Clinic of Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, both in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan, and her Doctorate of Pharmacy at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She completed two pharmacy residencies-the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Pharmacy Practice Residency and the University of Iowa Specialty Residency in Family Practice.
