Sravani Alluri, MD, is a family physician. She is a graduate of Manipal University, Kasturba School of Medicine in India and completed her residency in family medicine at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine. From 2016-2017, she completed a research fellowship in disaster medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Alluri was awarded the 2021 Michigan Family Medicine Resident of the Year for her work with Kalamazoo’s houseless community. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine and continues work with Street Medicine Kalamazoo. Her clinical, teaching, and research interests include underserved populations and global health.
