Biosketch
Thomas Rohs, MD, a board-certified critical care surgeon with Borgess Trauma and Emergency Services, serves as President and CEO of Ascension Michigan Southwest Region.
Dr. Rohs began his surgical career with Borgess Trauma Services as a staff trauma surgeon in 1998. After serving as Interim Medical Director of Borgess Trauma Services, he became a partner in General and Bariatric Surgery, a division of HealthCare Midwest. In addition to surgery, Dr. Rohs has been active in trauma research studies and the advanced training of both physicians and other health professionals.
Dr. Rohs earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed his residency training at the University of Michigan Hospitals. He went on to complete a Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Michigan Hospitals.
