Biosketch
Jessie Prociv, PharmD, BCACP, is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist with Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is a graduate of Ferris State University College of Pharmacy. She completed a residency at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center focused in ambulatory care and is board certified in ambulatory care pharmacy. Dr. Prociv has served as a preceptor for pharmacy students and participated in Michigan Pharmacists Transforming Care and Quality for several years to help expand the footprint of ambulatory care pharmacy in the state of Michigan.
