Biosketch
Dr. Marc Downing is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgical Sciences and Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. He is employed by Bronson Healthcare Group. He is board certified in the American Board of Surgery (Pediatric Surgery). He is a graduate of Furman University with a BS in Chemistry (Cum Laude) in 1985. He earned his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1990. He completed his residency in General Surgery at The Ohio State University Children's Hospital in 1997. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Surgery also at the Ohio State University Children's Hospital in 2001.
