Anna Langerveld, PhD, is President and CEO of Genemarkers LLC, a company that provides collaborative services that enhance the utilization of genomics for improving health care, pharmaceutical research and consumer products. Dr. Langerveld is a graduate of SUNY - Binghamton in Binghamton, New York. She earned her doctorate in neuroscience from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Langerveld is an active researcher and presenter in the field of genomics. Her company has worked in conjunction with other companies applying genomics to the fields of animal health, personal care products, and molecular diagnostics.
Dr. Langerveld serves on the advisory board of the pharmacogenomics program of Manchester University, the first program to offer a one-year master's degree in pharmacogenomics.
