Biosketch
Dr. Than Oo is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Nephrology). He earned his MBBS from the Institute of Medicine-Rangoon, Myanmar (formally Burma) in May 1987. He completed an Internship at Rangoon General Hospital in April 1988. He completed another Internship in Internal Medicine from Cabrini Medical Center in June 1994. He completed a Residency in Internal Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Jacobi Hospital in June 1996. He completed another Internship from Lapeer Regional Hospital in June 1999. He also completed a Fellowship in Nephrology from the University of Minnesota Hospitals-Division of Nephrology in June 2001.
