Biosketch
Taka Higashimori, MD, is a neurointerventional surgeon. He is a graduate of New York Medical College. He completed his residency training in neurology at University of Colorado, and completed his fellowships in vascular neurology and endovascular surgical neuroradiology fellowship training at University of Minnesota. He is board certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology. He was a staff vascular neurologist at University of Minnesota Medical Center. His clinical interests include acute strokes (ischemic and hemorrhagic), brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and fistulae, and carotid stenoses.
