Biosketch

Jordan Boivin, MD, is a sports medicine physician. He received a bioengineering degree from the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. At Miami, his research focused on the detection and use of nanoparticles. He completed is medical school education at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. While at Wright State, his research focused on children's forearm fractures and osteoarthritic knees. He did an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. He further completed an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital. His interests include teaching and mentoring medical students, research in orthopedics, and maintaining an active outdoor lifestyle.
