Anand Rai, DO

Biosketch

Anand Rai, DO, is a Resident Physician in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. He is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada with a major in Life sciences. He received his Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tampa, FL. He also held a position as a Research Assistant at the Population Health Research Institute in Hamilton, Ontario where he was involved in multiple projects with the Arrhythmia Department. His research interests are primarily focused in studying Atrial Fibrillation and ischemic stroke prevention. In his free time he likes to play basketball, watch HBO and try new foods.
